Dear Woman,
What does it mean to be “feminine?” Is it red lipstick, high heels, the perfect scent?
If so, that’s an incredibly narrow lens – true feminine power has very little to do with appearances.
It is the wisdom of your body, the ebb and flow of your cycle, the pain and strength of birth, the sacred scars that tell your story.

It is your right to feel—fully, deeply, unapologetically.
This retreat is an invitation to return home to yourself. To awaken the essence of your femininity—not as the world defines it, but as you embody it.
Together, we will:
- Explore your personal stories and the sacred rites of feminine initiation.
- Engage in rituals that restore your connection with your body and intuition.
-Rewrite past wounds, giving space to pain, shame, and fear—so they can be released.
-Strengthen your boundaries and reclaim the courage to be wholly yourself.
-Awaken the wellspring of pleasure, power, and presence within.

The Journey Includes:
- Circles of trust and deep presence practices
- Working with body memory—from the prenatal stage to menopause
- The Menarche Ceremony: honoring the first blood and reclaiming feminine lineage
- Systemic constellations, shamanic practices, and sound healing
- A shamanic journey to your primal feminine essence
- The ritual “I Am Whole without splashing out”—a sacred fire ceremony
If you are tired of hiding your feelings, ashamed of your body, or afraid of being “too much,” this is your space. Here, nothing about you is too much. Every part of you is welcome.
