Restorative Yoga aims to heal your mind, body & soul.
Come.
Learn to be patient with yourself while learning new ways to think about your innermost bodily systems.
Learn new, positive dialogue to have with yourself when you're felling down and life gets tough.
We will integrate sound healing, positive self-talk, breathwork, gentle movement, and yoga asanas into this 2 hour retreat.
This donation-based workshop is a retreat inward.
What to expect:

The first 15-minutes will be a quick introduction and settling into our bodies.

We will check in with ourselves throughout the session.

Eyes will be closed for an inward journey to explore ourselves fully, with no self judgements and no competition with others in the room.

The sound of gongs, singing bowls, chimes, or tuning forks, will permeate the room intermittently throughout the session, allowing the vibrations to melt away physical stiffness and emotional weight.

Guided breathwork and positive affirmations throughout will help you release negativity while manifesting peace, love, and clarity.

About 15 minutes from the end of class, we will gently bring you back from wherever you floated off to so you won't feel rushed to leave the studio as you prepare to function for the rest of your day.
This session invites you to unwind fully, restoring balance and harmony within yourself. Perfect for all levels, this class offers a safe, welcoming space to relax, rejuvenate, and simply be. You’ll leave this restorative yoga class feeling lighter, grounded, and centered, carrying that sense of mindfulness with you long after class ends.
