Dr. Jenn is a somatic hypnotherapist, doctor of physical therapy, and holistic bodyworker who helps clients heal from trauma, stress, and chronic pain. Using somatic experiencing, hypnotherapy, bodywork, and physical therapy, she assists in releasing blockages and promoting lasting healing.

Brooke is a life coach and esthetician who empowers clients to ground back into their bodies, heal from past wounds, and live with authenticity and purpose. With years of transformative experience, she combines astrology, human design, and spiritual insights to guide each person through their unique healing journey.

Together, Dr. Jenn and Brooke will lead you through an experience of sound healing, somatic hypnotherapy, facial massage, and aromatherapy—techniques designed to reconnect your mind and body, fostering a deeper sense of embodiment.
