Come join us for an hour of body and mind rejuvenating experience. We set intention in the beginning of each class, and we felt more grounded and energetically lighter by the end of the hour.


Healing Rhythms is designed to reduce stress level and encourage body’s natural healing ability. Through out the one hour class you will be introduced to the tools of mindful and playful movements that derives from ancient practice of Tai Chi and Qigong, Bo Yoga, Breath Work, and Somatic Dance.


Each Healing Rhythms class consists of warm up, meridian stretching and tapping, detoxification exercises for body and mind, moving meditation, sound healing, and energetic tune-up.
