We are in the midst of turbulent times, and many of us experience heightened emotions. We may feel overwhelmed, stuck, confused, anxious, or fearful, just to name the few.

In this state, it's difficult to experience even some modicum of peace or clarity. It's difficult to get relief and feel better. Not to mention, it's challenging to make decisions or steer our lives in the direction we want when we are riding emotional waves.

In this workshop, you will learn a practice showing you how to express and transform your painful emotions. With the use of light hypnosis, feeling visualization, journaling, and simple art materials, markers, or crayons will do, you will get in touch with what you truly feel. You will find out what your current emotion is here to teach you and how to transform it into a better feeling state.

Using this process, one can tap into the unconscious mind, discern what is truly going on beneath the surface, and reinforce a new way of experiencing emotional states. If you are longing for more peace and emotional relief, I invite you to join us.

P.S. You're going to need some basic art supplies such as a blank sheet of paper, some markers, crayons, chalks or pencils, and a notebook for journaling. They don't have to be brand new; feel free to use markers or crayons you have lying around the house.
