Individual Sound & Reiki Healing Sessions with Michael & Alicia

Join Michael from Healing Vibes 528 and Alicia from
Healing Spirit Cafe, for a personal, individualized healing session combining both the energies of Sound & Reiki.

Each session will be 60 minutes in length and will be a tailored experience designed to promote deep relaxation, balance and healing through sound, frequency, vibration, Reiki and any channeled guidance that Alicia receives from Spirit.

Together with Alicia and Michael, you will set a clear intention for the session, focusing on areas you wish to address, whether it’s releasing stress, healing trauma, or balancing chakras (a.k.a energy centers).

Michael will then carefully select from a variety of instruments to work on and off the body while Alicia preforms a full Reiki session. The Reiki offered by Alicia helps to promote an even deeper healing response, as it allows your body to lovingly accept the sound frequencies and utilize them for your highest good.

The sounds and vibrations of these instruments, and specific techniques will penetrate deep into the body stimulating the release of stress, tension, or negative energy. The frequencies may have a soothing, calming effect, helping to shift mental or emotional states, or they might be more intense to help break through deeper blockages. The Reiki, which is Divinely guided, will assist you in creating more of an energetic flow, within your body. It does this through the gentle release of heavier, dense energies that can accumulate as we move through difficult and challenging life experiences. When your life force energy is flowing freely through the body, you will notice positive effects felt by the mind, body & spirit.

Alicia's Reiki sessions are intuitive. This means that she is able to tune into the energy to receive any non physical information that is encoded within the Reiki itself (which is Divine and Intelligent). She will pass on any individual messages that she receives, allowing the Divine Energy to offer additional healing support through this gentle, loving guidance.

The entire session is designed to be deeply restorative, offering a profound sense of relaxation and a deeper connection with your inner self, leaving you feeling calmer, clearer and more grounded.
