Meditations and Listening Practices

Each Wednesday of the month, we meet from 7-8 pm Central for a lesson/meditation, with 8-8:30 pm Central for optional "Environment and Spirituality" and "Healing Spiritual Wounds" discussion, reflection, and social time.

This group offers the opportunity to start or expand your spiritual connection and healing with the support of the Earth, its people, and all of its creatures. Each gathering explores a variety of traditions and growth and healing practices. It also includes time for individual reflection and group discussion. This link will send you to our sister group, "Environment and Spirituality" which offers earth based healing. Our next in person event for Healing Spiritual Wounds is tentatively scheduled for March 2026 for those who like an early "head's up."

This autumn, we will be exploring themes and practices from the book Ecospirituality for Beginners: Connecting the Sacred and the Natural World by Anara Sarygul. While this book will be guiding our topics and discussions, you do not need to read it to join in!

Each month, we'll also be talking about some of the barriers to that full expression of ourselves and how we get distracted from our "calling." You don't need previous experience with a spiritual background to participate!

At this time we are using Zoom to host our meetings the second Wednesday of each month. Each meeting offers rich material for both the newcomer and the seasoned explorer.
