Healing Spiritual and Social Wounds

Recent experiences with ICE in our area have also caused severe trauma and emotional or spiritual wounds to many who may be seeking healing at this time. Often, those who experience such harm suffer in silence or simply drop out of any spiritual community -- yet they long for healing from the harm.
Led by Rev. Dr. Lanny Kuester, we offer the opportunity for you to talk about your experience in a safe environment with others who have also experienced hurt or harm. A powerful Restorative Justice model will be used by passing a talking piece, by sharing our stories in a supportive circle, by listening to others and then discovering the healing of this ancient practice.
Please join us on April 25 at Creekside Church (106 East Diamond Lake Road, South Minneapolis) from 10-2 pm (Bring Your Own Lunch, Beverages Provided).
Don’t let your spiritual wounds get in the way of your spiritual and emotional health. There is no charge for this event but donations are appreciated! We are not part of Creekside’s organized ministry.
