This is a private event for Moms seeking help for postpartum depression, separation anxiety seeking support.

Breathwork is a powerful tool in getting help for all of the emotional changes that happen postpartum.

I will be guiding you through a 45 minute Shamanic Breathwork, with Sound Bath and Reiki; followed by a open discussion.

This will be a small event as space is limited
