I am a Certified Healing Touch Practitioner and hold a variety of certificates. I enjoy all forms of creativity.
The events are created for all. No experience is necessary just to be open-minded, heart-centered, and receptive to possibility and transformation.
In the past, I've had the pleasure of facilitating my Mandala Workshop for Fairleigh Dickinson University’s Class: Holistic Health With A Different Approach, Essence of Self, Center for Spiritual Living Morristown and art workshops for Community in Crisis where I use art as a tool for meditation and healing. I love to introduce a variety of creative platforms to bring peace, calm, and a sense of community and connection.
Some events will be in the arts such as but not limited to step-by-step Mandala making, Sound bath experiences, Sound bath with guided Healing Touch sequencing.

Stillness & Sound: A Silent Tea Sit and Sound Journey
Prana Yoga & Wellness, 17 Kiel Avenue, Kinnelon, NJ, USJoin Kat for a quiet and nourishing afternoon of silent tea, sound journey, and reflection.
We will begin by sharing tea together in silence, allowing the simple ritual to slow the mind and bring us gently into the present moment. From this place of stillness we will transition to the mats as Kat will guide a sound journey with singing bowls and sacred instruments, creating a spacious soundscape for deep rest and inner listening.
The evening will close with a few moments for personal reflection, inviting you to notice what has surfaced in the quiet and carry that awareness with you.SPACE IS LIMITED AS THIS IS A SMALL GROUP OFFERING.
