Join Tara Temple and Kat Roman for a heart-centered evening designed to nourish your inner landscape and invite deep rest.
Tara will guide you through a Self-Love Yoga Nidra experience. This resting, restorative guided meditation cultivates self-awareness, self-compassion, self-worth, and self-acceptance, all while inviting you into a deep relaxation where you gently hover between waking and sleeping states.
We will move through a body scan, breath awareness, and various visualization techniques to draw you deep within, releasing tension, quieting the mind, and reconnecting with your innate wisdom, leading to inner healing, inner peace, and self-love.
Kat will weave in the sound of her soothing instruments to envelop you in layers of vibration. These frequencies will further support the practice and help in slowing brainwaves, releasing energetic and physical stress, and create the conditions for deeper relaxation and inner spaciousness.
Together, these two practices will create a spacious sanctuary for rest, reflection, renewal and an invitation to return to yourself with tenderness and care.
About your guides:
Tara Temple brings playful wisdom and therapeutic expertise to every class. An 800-hour Certified Yoga Therapist (C-IAYT) and E-500 RYT instructor trained at prestigious Kripalu Center, she specializes in gentle, restorative, and therapeutic practices. Students cherish her intuitive approach to alignment and inclusive teaching style. Known for creating a nurturing space where everyone feels welcome, Tara's classes balance technical precision with heartfelt guidance, leaving students feeling both challenged and deeply cared for.
Kat Roman is an Energy and Sound Practitioner, Meditation Guide, Registered Trauma-Informed Accessible Yoga Teacher, Healing Touch Practitioner, Shamanic Reiki Master and Healing Arts Guide. She is a compassionate facilitator who creates soft, nurturing, and inviting spaces that allow transformation to occur. Her passion lies in guiding people into states where they can slow down, rest, tap into their creativity, and discover their brilliant inner radiance.
