Our life path can be viewed as a labyrinth guiding us to deeper meaning and fulfillment. Walking a labyrinth takes us through numerous twists and turns that symbolize **the ebb and flow of life**.
**Labyrinths are tools for personal transformation** which evoke sacred geometry, spiritual pilgrimage, mindfulness, environmental art and community building.
Like the design of a labyrinth, what looks like an end point in life can also be a beginning point.
Walking the intricate path to the center is a meditation to release what burdens us, while the walk out of the labyrinth is a meditation on the intentions we wish to bring out, a path into your own center and back out again into the world.
You are invited to create a labyrinth in a fresh snowfield and walk it as a meditation for peace.
We will learn to make an 8 rings labyrinth on paper so you will have the method to recreate your own design anywhere you want,
We will create the large design together in a field by stomping the pattern in the snow.
We will then walk the labyrinth in mindfulness and meditation.

After the walk we will share a potluck. Please bring something to share.

We will be outside in a field near Domaine Bellevie in Vex, near Sion in the mountains at 1000m alt, so bring warm snow boots and clothes that will keep you warm. Snowshoes and batons suggested if you have some, but not necessary

Also bring a notebook to write the sequence to recreate the labyrinth anywhere you wish.
