Trauma Healing with the Safe and Sound Protocol

A pyschoeducational introduction to trauma and trauma healing interventions focusing on the Safe and Sound Protocol. Dr. Suzanne Reinhardt will briefly discuss what trauma is, some popular interventions, and will go more in depth on the Safe and Sound Protocol that she facilitates. Dr. Reinhardt will discuss what the protocol looks like and the framework used to support it.
