Group Goal:
This group is a safe, non-judgmental space for anyone struggling with emotional eating, binge eating, or other eating disorders. Our goal is to provide mutual support, share experiences, and explore healthier relationships with food and ourselves. Whether you’re actively working through recovery or just starting to acknowledge your struggles, you’re welcome here.

Who We Hope to Meet:
We welcome individuals of all backgrounds who have experienced challenges with food and body image. If you find yourself using food as a coping mechanism for stress, emotions, or trauma, or if you feel stuck in unhealthy eating patterns, this group is for you. Friends, family members, and allies looking to learn and support are also encouraged to join.

What We’ll Do at Our Events:
Our meetings will include open discussions, guided exercises, and guest speakers on topics like mindful eating, self-compassion, and emotional resilience. We’ll also engage in group activities such as journaling, meditation, and occasional social outings to foster connection and support. While this is not a replacement for professional therapy, we aim to create a compassionate community where we can heal together.
