Most of us carry stress, overthinking, and emotional pressure in our daily lives. When emotions remain unexpressed, they often show up as anxiety, restlessness, irritability, or a constant feeling of mental exhaustion.

What This Group Is About

This group is a creative and supportive space where we use simple art therapy practices to release emotional stress, develop self-awareness, and reconnect with ourselves.

You do not need to be an artist.
These sessions focus on expression, reflection, and emotional release, not artistic skills.

Through weekly guided sessions we will explore:

• Understanding and releasing overthinking
• Building self-confidence and self-esteem
• Emotional awareness and self-reflection
• Mind relaxation through meditative drawing
