Hi, most of us carry stress, overthinking, and emotional pressure in our daily lives and when emotions remain unexpressed, they often show up as anxiety, restlessness, irritability, or a constant feeling of mental exhaustion. In order to work upon the same we have started this group of weekly sessions.
What This Group Is About
This group is a creative and supportive space where we use simple art therapy practices to release emotional stress, develop self-awareness, and reconnect with ourselves.
You do not need to be an artist.These sessions focus on expression, reflection, and emotional release, not artistic skills.
What We Will Explore-Through guided sessions we will explore:
• Stress relief through creative expression
• Understanding and releasing overthinking
• Building self-confidence and self-esteem
• Emotional awareness and self-reflection
• Mind relaxation through meditative drawing
• Inner clarity through guided art exercises

About the Facilitator
These sessions are facilitated by Jyoti Sharma, Art Therapist, NLP Master Practitioner, Fine art artist and founder of Brain and Brush, who helps individuals explore emotions and create positive transformations through creative expression.
