## Description:

If you’ve ever hit that point in the middle of the day where your mind feels overloaded…
but your day isn’t over yet…
This is a simple space to reset.
We’ll meet for a short, guided walk along the river, followed by a few minutes of stillness by the water.
Nothing intense. Nothing to perform.
Just a chance to step out of your head… and reconnect with your body and breath.
This is especially supportive if:

  • Your mind feels busy or scattered
  • You’ve been pushing through your day without a pause
  • You want to transition into your weekend feeling lighter

What to expect:

  • 15–20 minute gentle walk
  • 5–10 minutes seated by the river
  • Optional quiet reflection

No experience needed. Just come as you are.
