Group Hypnosis to Meet Your Guides + Reiki

Hello everyone!

I am hosting an online event wherein you will experience a light hypnotic trance to meet your guides and receive any guidance that you need at this time. This has been an intense period astrologically speaking and we need to take time to listen to the wisdom that can only be found in silence and stillness. This will be a guided visualization, making it easy for you to surrender to the messages that come. I encourage you to let your imagination go wild- what you believe is your imagination is information from your higher self. We will do an activity in the beginning of the event to demonstrate this.

Reiki will be sent before the hypnosis to help you to relax and surrender. If you do not already know, Reiki is a Japanese healing modality that works on the chakra system to restore balance and harmony in the energy body. I offer Reiki to my clients in my one-on-one hypnosis sessions and this helps them to relax and trust the process. It is also very healing, so you will leave this event feeling amazing :)

This is not a deep hypnotic trance that you would experience in a one-on-one session, but rather a light, conscious state of hypnosis. The key is to trust everything that you experience, whether it be a sensation, feeling, visual, thought, etc. The more you trust the richer your experience will be.

This event will take place over Zoom. Email to confirm your attendance and I will send you the Zoom link. After the event, I will share with you a guided meditation that you can listen to. Every time you listen to this recording, Reiki will work on you.

For this event, please ensure that you are in a private space and have a comfortable place to lie down. Wear comfortable clothes and have water nearby.
