Our time together we will explore poems that are therapeutic. We will write, recite, laugh, cry, and express love and compassion through poetry to process and release deep emotions. This is a safe space for everyone.
Disclaimer: This is not intended to be group therapy. I am not a clinician. If Anyone is needing a therapist, I will be happy to provide a referral.

Join me and others for the love of connecting over poetry.

Poetry has helped me heal after losing 2 nieces, a nephew and partner relationships. I have written over 200 poems and published one this year, titled Sunday Morning. The book is "The Gulf Towers Forecast Rain:" Pittsburgh Poems. An Anthology edited by Doralee Brooks on book shelves soon.
