☕ The Tea Time Grief Circle ☕

A gentle, lightly facilitated community for life after loss.

Grief can feel isolating. Whether your loss was recent or years ago, whether it was the death of a loved one or another significant life change, you deserve space to talk about it with people who understand.

The Tea Time Grief Circle is a monthly, lightly facilitated gathering for people navigating grief and loss. This is a peer-style space centered on connection, reflection, and honest conversation.

Each month, we’ll explore a gentle theme — such as navigating milestones, coping with loneliness, rebuilding identity, or tending to self-care after loss — while leaving plenty of room for open sharing.

This month's theme will be: What do you wish people understood about grief?

You do not need to be in any particular place on your grief journey.

Just grab a cup of tea (or coffee, or water, or whatever feels comforting) and join us for connection, conversation, and community.

This circle is facilitated by a grief support specialist and educator.

This is not a therapy group - it is a supportive, peer support space rooted in compassion, respect, and lived understanding.

If you’re looking for connection, conversation, and a place where your grief is welcome, we would love to have you join us.
