Do you suffer from chronic pain? Do you want to meet with others who also struggle and are looking for the most up to date solutions to overcome pain and support one another in learning and practicing new skills to increase physical, mental and social functioning? This group is led by a Certified Yoga and Meditation teacher who has suffered from chronic pain for 35 years and is still on this journey. Together we will share our unique paths and offer each other support, hope and compassion.f
