Sound Bath Healing Journey

Join Marialuisa Elias, our experienced Reiki Master/Teacher and Shamanic Practitioner, for a transformative Sound Bath healing experience centered on three key components: awareness, intention, and allowing/letting go.

Awareness: The journey begins with Marialuisa introducing an energetic forecast for the month that encourages participants to recognize areas in their lives that need attention and healing.

Intention: Next, participants are invited to set their intentions, as healing can only occur when we are open to receiving it.

Allowing/letting go: The final component involves immersing in the power of Sound, Reiki, and Shamanic Healing to align our chakras, release stagnant energies, and elevate vibrations.

At the end Mindy Parmar, Osteopathic Manual Practitoner and Certified Athletic Therapist, guides us through a series of soothing Yoga and Qigong moves to help us ground and integrate the healing. What a treat!

Sound baths promote deep relaxation by activating the parasympathetic nervous system. When we allow our bodies and minds to fully relax, we typically experience reduced stress, improved sleep, clearer thinking, and enhanced emotional well-being, ultimately leading to a profound sense of inner peace.

During the session, participants relax on yoga mats, guided through a soothing meditation. Attendees are invited to bring their yoga mats, pillows, eye covers, and blankets for added comfort. We will also have some supplies available on-site.

IMPORTANT CONSIDERATIONS! Please read:

LATE ARRIVALS— The group will start right at 5:30 pm. To avoid disruptions, those arriving after 5:40 p.m. will not be allowed in. There are no refunds for late arrivals.

REFUNDS - Please note that there are no refunds for this event. However, those who give us at least 24 hours notice, can move their registration to a future date.

MOBILITY CONCERNS - Please note that we are located on a second floor and unfortunately we do not have elevators. We apologize for the inconvenience.

SCENT ALLERGIES/SENSITIVITIES - Please note that we are NOT a free-scent clinic. Marialuisa might use smudging products such as incense, sage and other essential oils during the session.
