The plan is to meet every other week to share key takeaways from wellness-related podcasts we’ve each listened to — covering topics like nutrition, fitness, emotional regulation, the mind-body connection, nervous system health, and more.
It’s a casual, thoughtful space for learning from each other and having meaningful conversations. We’ll keep things broad and accessible — no talk of medication or supplements.
