In this constant destruction, some body doubling always helps!
We spend so much time booking appointments, navigating portals, emails, test results, notes, apps, memories — yet rarely make space to organise our own health story. Usually, when we really need something urgently, it means we might be unwell, so it’s harder to make sense of everything.
I also believe that having the full health picture is amazing for prevention, care and self-advocacy. I’ve been a patient advocate across 4 countries and 10 years, and I genuinely believe it’s the best time saviour for the future.
This session is a gentle, practical co-working space to centralise your health records + capture the things that were never written down: symptoms, timelines, reactions, context, patterns, while they’re still in your head.
Think of it as an act of self care for your future self.
During the session, you’ll have dedicated, quiet time to:
• Quickly introduce ourselves and share the tools we use for health data optimisation
• Gather and upload health documents from different portals, emails, apps and folders (I’ll give you a template to request anything missing under GDPR)
• Add personal notes and context that never make it into medical records
You can work at your own pace. No pressure to share anything personal.
This is not medical advice or therapy, — it’s protected time, structure, and community accountability to do something we all know we should do, but rarely prioritise. Including myself :)
Come as you are. Bring your laptop/tablet, your folders, your notes and leave with a little less chaos.
