What we’re about

Welcoming anyone who has an interest or curiosity to develop self awareness through movement.
Improve function and overall sense of wellness through the Feldenkrais Method.
This method is suitable for all ages and abilities of movement.
The events run once a month for 2 hours on a Saturday morning 10am-12pm
The first hour is a group class called ‘Awareness Through Movement’
the second part is the opportunity to work one on one with a certified Feldenkrais practitioner.
We only seek to recoup room hire cost through voluntary donation.
