We are learning to be healthy together & we understand that being healthy is a lifestyle. We love all things healthy and we want to hang out with other people who are serious about having a healthy life.
We are against fad diets that last 2 weeks. We don't like muscle bound steroid munching posers. We want to have a whole life of eating good food that also makes us feel good on the inside. We still love chocolate and milkshakes, but we want to keep everything in balance.
Its a bit of a mine field trying to work out what kinds of foods are good for us in India. What will help us feel energetic and what foods slow us down? So we get together, sometimes in a healthy restaurant, sometimes in a park for bring and share, sometimes for a glass of red wine or maybe an outdoor work out and fresh juice.
Some of us are trying to loose weight. Some of us are in great shape. But we know that being healthy is a lifestyle not something you just do get rid of weight before your sisters wedding or your holiday in Goa!
We share tips, our experience, encourage each other, meet workout partners, share meal ideas, places to shop healthy organic food, talk about places to eat and drink and the struggles of going against the grain.
