Health for Life engages a growing community of inspired life-seekers who desire an enhanced quality of life through making better health and life choices.
We host amazing and informative free Wellness Talks on a wide range of lifestyle-based health topics, and activities including urban walking groups and weekend adventures. We also love to participate in seasonal indoor and outdoor activities with the focus towards active, healthy living!

Overview
We believe that ANYONE can make choices towards a healthier, more fulfilling life.

This 60-minute Wellness talk and workshop features expert speakers in a small group environment, utilising Dr Paul Homoky's 8-part "Creating Wellness" model to reveal new pathways to better health. It will provide you with evidence-based tools to improve your physical and mental well-being, no matter what your age or state of health.

Each month a new wellness topic will be explored.
(60 minutes including FREE light lunch!)

Admission by donation, suggested donation £10. Donations will be matched pound-for-pound by Health for Life Spinal Wellness Centre, and all proceeds will go towards Caring for Carers.

Creating Wellness
The Creating Wellness workshops, learning materials and philosophy, developed by Dr. Paul Homoky over a 28-year professional career in spinal care, support a wellness lifestyle approach to long term health. The content of the workshops involves examining one’s own health paradigms and awakening motivation for change while providing
evidence-based guidance towards better lifestyle health habits.
These interactive talks have been extremely popular in workplaces and at recent events such as the Edinburgh Wellbeing Festival (Assembly Rooms, January 2018), the Great Scottish Run (Holyrood Park, June 2017) and Creating Wellness 2017 (Dynamic Earth, April 2017).

Dr. Paul Homoky, director of Health for Life Spinal Wellness Centre and founder of Creating Wellness has researched and developed this approach during his professional career in health care and education.
