Hi, I’m Maree. I’m a Women’s Wellbeing Coach and qualified naturopath, passionate about supporting and educating women through perimenopause and menopause.
This group is for women 40-55 who want to navigate these life changes with confidence, energy, and clarity. If you’re dealing with weight gain, mood swings, fatigue, or feeling overwhelmed, this is a safe and supportive space for you to find answers, practical solutions, and community.
What’s the group goal?
To help you feel better in your body, understand what’s happening with your hormones, and make informed decisions about your health - whether that’s exploring natural remedies, lifestyle changes or HRT.
