Hi, my name is Anna. I have a Masters Degree in psychology, and have great interest in nutrition and maintaining excellent health. This meetup is focused on reducing stress, restoring inner peace, and living a more productive and energetic life. We’ll discuss our shared experiences, stress reduction strategies, nutrition, healthy eating, and natural health. I hope to attract people who are passionate about staying healthy and vibrant and are interested in helping others reclaim their lives and thrive through the latest, cutting-edge principles of health and wellness. In this high-paced environment, juggling priorities and managing financial pressures, many of us are so over-stimulated and stressed that we cannot hear what our bodies are saying. As a result, we age faster, suffer health problems, put on weight, or have a general sense of unease or unhappiness about our lives. Intuitively, we all know that there are better ways to work through difficult issues and emotions. I believe much can be accomplished by talking about our issues, our challenges, and potential solutions for the benefit of all. Please consider joining my meetup group.
