Richard Bagdonas is the best-selling author of Fit for Any Battle, a book which tells Richard's story of defeating stage IV cancer and covid pneumonia by using his ground-breaking new workout program for those over 40 which has a companion app for both iOS and Android users. Richard has been building technology and service companies for over 30 years with two becoming publicly traded and five which were acquired. Richard led the innovation team at Doctor.com which was acquired by Press Ganey Associates in 2020 and is now the head of Trust and Safety engineering at Indeed.
