The idea of scaling a product is an exiting one in all companies. Be it government programs, marketing a new drug, or taking a cloud product to new customers after a pilot. There are always new levels of complexity, from the validation of a MVP taking the next step to scale to a real audience is like putting a ‘child in the wild’ for the founder - at least that's what I’ve been told.

About our speakers:
Dr Silvia Pfeiffer, CEO & Co-founder, Coviu Global
Dr Silvia Pfeiffer is the CEO of Coviu, a cloud application focused on enabling healthcare providers to set up video consultation services for patients. Coviu's focus is to take away all the technical overhead from introducing a telehealth service. This includes all the challenges involved in integrating with existing workflows as well as integrating rich clinical tools into the live consult.
Silvia has more than 16 years of experience with Web video technology. She has previously worked for Google, Mozilla, NICTA, and CSIRO and has been involved in creating the Web standards that underpin the Coviu technology. Silvia has a double degree in computer science and business management but has in the last 5 years worked with allied health providers, GP clinics and medical specialists to develop a telehealth solution that fits their needs.
Adrienne Tan, Co-founder & Director, Brainmates
In 2004, Adrienne Tan co-founded Brainmates with Nick Coster. As the Brainmates CEO, Adrienne draws on 20 years of senior Product Management experience gained at The Microsoft Network, Telstra BigPond and AUSTAR. Adrienne has a Masters of Economics (Social Science) with distinction from The University of Sydney. She majored in Industrial Relations in her undergraduate degree. Her other academic pursuits include lecturing at the University of Technology Sydney in Information and Interaction Design and co-authoring a chapter in the book Digital Experience Design. Adrienne recently contributed to two Product Management books; 42 Rules of Product Management and the 42 Rules of Product Marketing.
Julie Demsey, CEO Demsey Consulting
Julie is a Silicon Valley Veteran with over 20 years of product management experience from founding companies, to growing startups and leading large teams. She mentored others throughout her career, especially in her most recent role of General Manager at SBE Australia which runs the Springboard and E3 programs for female founders.
Gaurav Sood, Founder, DigitalHealthX
My passion lies in bringing products to market by combining technical, clinical, business and strategy. I believe in developing collaborative ecosystems that enhance the innovation process and accelerate the path to market for new technologies. I have worked across a range of domains in medtech, pharma analytics, enterprise technology and financial software in a range of engineering, product and strategy roles. As an entrepreneur I appreciate that creating a successful product also requires building strong partnerships, communities and channels that support you in the pathway.
