Join us for a 30-minute No Mat Needed yoga-inspired stretch session designed to ease tension, improve mobility, and invite calm—perfect for all bodies and experience levels.
Chair and standing stretch options will be offered to ensure everyone feels supported and comfortable throughout the practice.
Afterward, enjoy a cup of nourishing, herbal tea as we slow down and connect in community.
What to Expect:
– Seated (chair) & standing stretches (no floor work)
– Breath-led movement for relaxation
– Herbal tea served afterward
– Relaxed, no-pressure vibe
All are welcome—come as you are. No mat, no sweat, just a little space to stretch and sip.
