Are you interested in achieving your healthy weight?
Exercise often, but still cannot reach your healthy weight?
Food combining is an idea that goes back to the beginning of the twentieth century, first written up by Dr. William Howard Hay and later validated by Dr. Herbert Shelton. It works for a lot of people, but maybe not for everybody.
(To offset the room rental, we charge 2 Euros per person, payable at the entrance.)
The evening is to include at least one-half hour of videos, at least one-half hour of presentation, and at most one hour of discussion (questions and answers), with two breaks for healthy snacks.
The emphasis is on healthy weight loss, exchanging information, and keeping an open mind, even with a healthy scepticism.
Attendance is limited to 25 persons.
