Those of you that know me probably also know that this is the topic that I talk about the most. And for good reason! It effects our health immensely, for good or bad.

Walk with us and learn about nutrition during Nutrition Month.

Also bring any questions you may have about any topic -- I am there to help and always happy to answer questions about health and health care.

Meet at the bottom of the steps to the pier at 9 am. We will talk about nutrition for 5-8 minutes, do a stretch, then walk together for the remainder of the hour. The walk is on the promenade (flat surface).
