January Symposium: Goals for 2024

This first meeting of 2024 will be to help us refine the issues in healthcare feel most pressing and where we may be able to make an impact.

• We'll start with some introductions
• Identify some broad areas of interest - mental health, new tech in healthcare, holistic health, etc.
• Follow up with some whiteboarding exercises to zero in on potential impact and action:
• What’s already being done in the field
• What is lacking
• What is being done in other fields/industries that might benefit this particular area
• Any key stakeholders or players
• Where and how might we be able to begin to make an impact.

This will be a small group, relatively informal discussion about issues and topics and also what tools and methods we may use to be able to tackle these challenges.
Whether you're a healthcare professional with insights into a problem or opportunity, or an experience designer who is passionate about a specific topic or field, come join the discussion of how we can make an impact in 2024.

Location Info: Arlington's central library is located just a few blocks from both the Ballston and Virginia Square metro stations and just off of Rt. 66 Glebe Rd. exit. There is free parking on site.
