The AI in Healthcare Forum brings together healthcare leaders, innovators, clinicians, researchers, entrepreneurs, investors, and technology experts to explore how AI is transforming healthcare — and what comes next.

This year, we’re looking beyond the technology itself to ask bigger questions:

How do we move from AI innovation to meaningful adoption? How do we build trust? And how can Minnesota help shape the future of responsible AI in healthcare?

The Forum is taking shape — and there are a lot of ways to be part of it.

## Choose Your Way to Get Involved

Whether you want to present, demonstrate, showcase your startup, volunteer, sponsor, or simply attend, there’s a place for you.

### Present — Breakout Speakers

Share your expertise in one of six healthcare AI tracks:

• AI in Clinical Care
• AI in Medical Devices & Digital Health
• AI in Insurance & Value-Based Care
• AI & Rural Health
• Women’s Health
• Epic, Data Governance & Mental Health

You can apply as an individual presenter or as a panel.
Each breakout session is 45 minutes — 30 minutes of presentation/discussion followed by 15 minutes of Q&A.

### Demo — Lightning Round AI Demo Theater

Have an AI solution you want to put in front of a healthcare audience?
The Lightning Round AI Demo Theater gives innovators 10 minutes to demonstrate their technology, idea, or solution.
Six finalists will be selected to take the stage during the Forum.

### Showcase Your Startup

The Startup Showcase is an opportunity for healthcare and health-tech startups to put their work in front of an audience of healthcare leaders, innovators, investors, entrepreneurs, and ecosystem partners.
There are no restrictions based on geography, growth stage, or market segment.
If you can attend the Forum in person, you can be considered for the live showcase.
