Chris Finlay currently serves as the senior director of experience design and innovation for the Optum Experience Design team, and the UnitedHealth Group Innovation Council. He uses service design to connect design and business around people’s needs in order to help UnitedHealth Group achieve its mission of helping people live healthier lives and making the system better for everyone.

Since joining UnitedHealth Group in 2013, Chris helped create and lead the UHG Human Centered Design Studio, catalyze the use of human centered design for innovation across the enterprise, and worked on key business strategies and innovations for both UnitedHealthcare and Optum.

Chris' first book, Getting to Thank You: A Practitioner's Guide to Innovation, was published in 2014. He was chosen by BusinessWeek as one of 21 people who will change business.

He teaches a graduate level innovation course at the University of Minnesota.

Lisa Helminiak is the founder and CEO of Azul 7, a human-centered and biomimicry design consultancy. Lisa started Azul 7 with the goal of improving product and service design strategies by helping technologists, designers and businesspeople work together to solve problems and improve outcomes for those they serve.

Taylor is a Senior Strategist at Rêve Consulting and the Manager of Rêve Labs. He joined Rêve in 2011, and has since played a significant role in developing and deepening the service design practice. At Rêve, Taylor helps clients build and implement growth strategies, tackle systematic challenges, and design new offerings and experiences. Taylor is passionate about helping organizations understand the impact that technology has on their business and how to develop services that build greater engagement and deep relationships with their customers. Specifically, his role consists of architecting engagements, facilitating cross-functional strategy development, and managing client relationships and projects.

Taylor holds a BA in Economics and Management Studies from Saint Olaf College. In addition to his work at Rêve, Taylor is a member of Global Shapers, an initiative of the World Economic Forum focused on creating local projects to improve the community.
