FYI – For Your Information … There is about to be a hot, hot, FREE class/workshop in Austin, TX at “Austin Natural Gardener” http://www.naturalgardeneraustin.com. On January 27, 2018, Saturday, at 10am – Jim Kamas, Associate Professor at Texas A&M & Extension Specialist, Pomology & Viticulture, presents “The 16th Annual Fruits, Nuts, and Berries Workshop.” Link for Workshop http://www.naturalgardeneraustin.com/component/option,com_jcalpro/Itemid,113/extid,430/extmode,view/

This will be a hot class so arrive early. I am actually turning the class into a meetup.com meeting sponsored by my meetup group “Austin/San Antonio Holistic Natural Community” https://www.meetup.com/AustinSanAntonioHolisticandNaturalCommunity/ so look for me after the class if you would like to say hello. For those of you who don’t know it -- because of this natural gardening center, I am finishing up my 2nd book on gardening entitled “A Beginner’s Guide To Starting Your Own Gardening Journey: How I Built A Raised Bed Garden and Started Growing Foods in Pots and Containers.” It should be ready by Spring 2018.

My first book on gardening was released in June 2017 entitled “Overcoming Food Deserts in Your Community: How To Start A Home, School or Community Garden, Food Co-op or Food Coalition,” when I launched a new food movement www.VirtualOrganicGardenClubs.com around the release of the book (Marketing 101).

I also launched my own Garden Club at the time “Cathy Harris Garden Club” www.CathyHarrisGardenClub.com. The way I did this was I turned my home into a learning center and/or club. I don’t watch TV so basically it was fairly easy to do. I did not come up for air until I had all the information I needed to educate you -- my audience.

By the way I am 61 and if I can start growing my own foods in my own backyard at my age and feel super in the process, so can you. I am definitely here for you if you would like to work with us to move forward starting your own gardening journey or just to get healthier. “Just remember getting old doesn’t make you sick, but getting sick sure makes you old.”

We provide health and business seminars, workshops and consultations or coaching services including ‘in-home’ health and business workshops. Good luck everyone!!! Cathy Harris, Speaker, Author, Coach
