Health Tech Innovation Queensland has a charter to support and promote a dynamic healthcare innovation community in Queensland where all the stakeholders in the healthcare continuum can network, collaborate and inspire health tech entrepreneurship, commercialisation and investment.
We warmly welcome all health-tech start-ups, researchers, healthcare providers, corporates, government, health consumers and anyone interested in supporting innovation and progressing healthcare outcomes for Queensland, Australia and the ROW.
We are creating an environment for;
- Health tech innovation to flourish,
- ‘healthpreneurs’ to get the support they deserve,
- technology and knowledge sharing, transferring and aggregation,
- investors to look at healthcare as rewarding investment class and
- Corporates to see this as a nursery for global products.
The plan is to have monthly meetups where networking is compulsory and innovation, the agenda headline. We will also be promoting Health Tech Startup Weekends, Health Tech Hackathons etc, all designed to improve healthcare by inviting technology creators and healthcare professionals to collaborate on realistic, human-centric solutions to front-line problems.
We will work closely with kindred organisations in Australia and around the world to build commercial and investment bridges, create channels to market and sourcing tangible solutions to the challenges of financial and human resourcing.
