AHA and power of big data, analytics, informatics and strategic collaborations

Prad Prasoon, director of emerging Business & Technology Strategies at the American Heart Association, will talk about the various efforts underway in the Emerging businesses at AHA that are accelerating cardiovascular and brain health science using power of big data, analytics, informatics and strategic collaborations.

Prad leads the association’s new strategies and relationships to accelerate health impact at the intersection of science, healthcare data and technology. His focus is to leverage new innovations powered to create a marketplace of healthcare solutions & models that provide value for patients, scientists and healthcare entities through standalone ventures / centers such as Institute for Precision Cardiovascular Medicine, Center for Health Technology & Innovation, Center for Accelerated Drug Discovery, and strategic investment areas. Prad also works on developing strategic partnerships and relationships both internally and externally with a highly motivated and fully engaged panel of volunteers, partners and cross functional collaborators in helping create a marketplace of healthcare solutions for advancing AHA mission.
