Join us for a virtual gathering to explore ways to build emotional intelligence! Emotional intelligence is the ability to recognize, understand, and manage emotions. This event focuses on self awareness: your ability to recognize how your feelings impact your behaviors and relationships with others. It is foundational to emotional intelligence and helps us to understand ourselves and have better relationships.
In this event, we’ll discuss tools to build self awareness and experience techniques to become more present in the moment. We’ll practice some short mindfulness exercises (focused attention) to help increase your tools to continue to build your emotional intelligence. This will be a group learning experience with an opportunity for group members to engage in conversation with others to support their healthy lifestyle.
This event is hosted by a mental health counselor and professional coach who specializes in helping others grow their emotional intelligence and personal development.
