We will have a proper Interval training
Which would include cardio, High intensity moves, recovery moves, strength moves...four rounds of different exercises with these patterns...the workout would be a 40 minute one...
You will also get a basic Body fat Evaluation so that you can understand your body fat and muscle levels and take necessary steps to improve your fitness.
After the workout...A short 5 minute talk on right mindset for fitness and how to handle failure in fitness results...How to lose and maintain weight effectively.
