Eating for Nourishment: Exploring the Connection Between Food Choices and Wellbeing
Join Margaux Raynaud, a health coach and Natural Chef in training, as she addresses the powerful two-way relationship between what we eat and how we feel. In this talk, Margaux will explore how our food choices can impact not only our physical health but also our emotional, mental, and spiritual wellbeing—and how, in turn, our overall wellbeing can influence the foods we choose. She will also discuss the broader concept of nourishment, inviting us to redefine "food" as more than just what we eat, but as anything we consume in life—from relationships to hobbies.

Stefan Petrutiu has more than ten years of experience designing and implementing sustainability strategies, achieving systemic and farm-level impact, and improving the fairness and effectiveness of agricultural value chains. A passion for coffee and cocoa, especially in the speciality and fine flavour sectors, but leveraging the insights of professional service delivery models for KIT Institute, Moyens Coffee, and Tony Chocolatony.
