Group of like-minded people who want to live a healthy life by improving their physical health, mental health and financial health. I would like to for this group to get together to discuss optimal health and ways to achieve a happier healthy life filled with positivity and gratitude. With my knowledge as a Health Coach, I can give tips and info on how to achieve this. We will meet at local tea or coffee shops. Also, I would like to plan walks and other low intensity physical activities that promote health and wellness.
