
What we’re about
This group was created in 2011 by Personal Trainers and friends Bernadette and Claudia for women who want to develop and maintain a healthy lifestyle. In 2014 it shifted over to organizers Lindsay Lombardi, Christina DiMichele & Dana Addeo.
Our activities allow healthy women to meet, exercise, and provide positive reinforcement to each other. Some of the meet-ups that we have had in the past are listed below.

We will try to be as creative as possible and have as much fun as we can have, while being healthy, making friends and having fun!
