The holiday season brings a great chance to catch up and celebrate with family, friends and good food. However, this period can also bring stress and detriment to our health. Coupled with the cold temperatures, short days and winter blues, you might be struggling with your health or feel burdened by work or family drama. Even planning festivities or getting presents might feel a very rushed and stressful time.

So, what can we do to help make the most of this time of the year? Well, self-care practices could be a great place to start. Being mindful of ourselves during the holiday period is a great way to avoid getting caught up in the stress, allowing us to connect with our body, mind and spirit.

We would like to give the opportunity to create a safe space for this reflection and to provide you with a self-care toolbox to transition mindfully into the holiday season. You will learn about:

  • Habits to connect to your soul
