Let’s Move!  Exercise Class- Guided Walk/ Run for 30 Minutes for Overall Health

Yes! This is a group exercise class- focused on running and walking. Ultimate goal- 3 miles (eventually, lol)! Are you struggling to stay committed to your weekly walk/ run? Then join us for a guided virtual group walk with run options for 30 minutes- for an ultimate goal of being able to run 3 miles (or 5K) in 8 weeks. Let's get up and move together. Each of us will join on Zoom and complete the guided walk (with run options) together. You can join from anywhere and walk/run anywhere- inside or outside, on a treadmill, or even marching and then jogging or marching faster in place when prompted. You can run/ jog/ walk faster only if it’s available to you and feels good. No pressure! You can go at your own pace. Let’s do it! During this time, I will prompt you when to walk and when there is a run option. We are starting small, so have no fear. When prompted, if you are able to run, then you can at your own pace. If you need to stop and walk, that’s okay too. If you feel like you can run longer, then go for it!! If you just want to walk the whole time- that’s okay too! My favorite quote: “ the journey of 1000 miles begins with a single step.” We can do this!… Together!!! Invest in yourself and your health, and see how it can make a huge difference in your life.
