This is a group dedicated to living a healthy lifestyle and engaging in fitness and exercise classes together- both virtually and in person. No judgements, just self motivation and group support. We recognize that having a healthy lifestyle also includes nutrition. Without judgment, we come together to support one another on a healthy lifestyle journey which includes, exercise, nutrition, support, and mindfulness. Join our virtual walking/running group class that meets daily with two additional virtual meetings for group support. See the details in the events listing.
