Join us on Zoom for a guided Miracle Morning routine based on Hal Elrod’s bestselling book The Miracle Morning
If you attended the workshop, bring the journal where you have your routine created already!
- Silence (meditation, breathwork, prayer)
- Affirmations (positive statements to align your mindset)
- Visualization (mental rehearsal of goals and intentions)
- Exercise (light movement or stretching)
- Reading (just a few minutes of something uplifting or educational)
- Scribing (writing- journaling or even your day's to-do list)
What to Expect:
- A quick hello & intention-setting (5 min)
- 6 segments to go through each SAVERS practice
- Optional sharing or check-in at the end
- Come in your PJs, with your tea or coffee, journal, comfy spot to move and also meditate
