JOIN ME in this workshop and learn to use the power of your mind, thoughts, visualizations, and intention to reduce your stress and anxiety. We must let go of the need to control your external environment because we can't change what we have no control over. Mastering your beliefs, your thoughts, and your inner voice can help you to get out of the victim passive mindset, and step into the creator mindset where you think, feel and act in alignment and on purpose.
We will watch a 10 minute powerfully illustrated TedTalk by Dr. Joe Dispenza and then have a guided discussion afterwards.
